Back for the third year, YETI and Seoul's underground haunt spot Cakeshop takeover Hong Kong during Art Basel Week. Spread out over two nights, tonight in Hong Kong and Saturday in Shenzhen; we're connecting far-reaching regions of the globe to the multicultural center of Asia. Expect sounds from the underground, with a mix bag of head-nod funk, '90s hip-hop, and house, to darker strains of grime, bass, techno and Jersey club, curated by the forefront of Asia's club circuit.

Murlo
来自曼彻斯特的 DJ、制作人、视觉艺术家 Murlo 以其标志性的电子月风著称。其融合了 Dancehall、Soca、Garage、Bassline、Grime 等多元音乐元素。目前，他在纽约厂牌 Mixpak 旗下已发行了三张 EP，并经常登台 NTS Radio，成为伦敦音乐圈最耳熟能详的名字之一。
Murlo is the Manchester-based DJ, producer and visual artist breathing new life into the club experience in 2017. Known for a unique brand of intricate, colourful electronic music, Murlo’s output is informed in equal parts by his love of dancehall, soca, garage, bassline, grime and more. He's hot on the heels of his third EP for the New York-based Mixpak label, with his his monthly residency on NTS Radio has become one of the jewels in the London station’s crown.
Kisewa
身为首尔 Community Radio 的常客，Kisewa 通过演绎 Cakes Da Killa、RL Grime 等人的代表作，总能躁动舞池。她还曾助阵 Thris Tian、Nguzunguzu、Jayda G，并登台地标性音乐场所 Contra 与 Pistol。让我们一同期待 Kisewa 在 Cakeshop x Yeti Out Pop-up 音乐夜上的演出。
As a regular on Seoul Community Radio, Kisewa curations of sounds ranges from selects of Cakes Da Killa to RL Grime. Having supported the likes of Thris Tian, Nguzunguzu, and Jayda G, she's defining the scene at Seoul playing at staples like Contra and Pistol. Don't miss the tastemaker as she makes her Hong Kong debut at the Cakeshop and Yeti Out pop up tonight.
Wood X
Wood X 绝对是首尔地下音乐圈的箭头人物，并且是 Cakeshop 的基石。他曾与 Brodinisk、Kingdom、Ben UFO 同台，通过 Jersey Club、House、Footwork 音乐躁动舞池，并且获得了在 Boiler Room、首尔 Community Radio 一展身手的机会。
In the epicentre of Seoul’s underground music scene stands WOOD X. Representing Itaewon institution Cakeshop behind the decks as resident while hosting the likes of Brodinski, Kingdom to Ben UFO to the South Korean capital, WOOD X’s been featuring local soundscapes to jersey club, house & footwork on the likes of Boiler Room and Seoul Community Radio.
Nico Adomako

Nico's taste derives from his multicultural background, from Club and Bass Music to House, RNB, UKG, and Dancehall, Nico's unique sound direction has with each set bringing together far-flung genres in cohesiveness. With mixes on Rinse FM, Red Light Radio, Radar Radio and more. Nico is already a main fixture in European circles and continues to expand his reach into Asia and America, fracturing the sonic landscape with each undertaking.
Yeti Soundsystem
YETI OUT 从东伦敦启程，一直致力于承办叫座派对，并通过将 House、Jersey Club、Garage、Rap 音乐融合，缔造能量爆棚的音乐现场。此外，我们亦不断挖掘来自欧洲与亚洲的未来之声，探索地下音乐之未来愿景。目前坐标上海、香港与伦敦的 Yeti 团队无不扮演着连接东西方文化的「大使」角色，发展成为亚洲创意阶层的重要力量。从香港 Community 电台、伦敦 Radar Radio，到每月在曼谷 BEAM、上海 Le Baron 的固定演出，Yeti Soundsystem 的名字在地下独立音乐圈已经耳熟能详。值得一提的是，从 2010 年创立至今，我们曾与 A-Trak、Virgil Abloh、Soulection Crew、Night Slugs 等业界知名音乐人同台，且在各大时装周、Art Basel 艺术节这样的盛事中留下了自己的足迹。今年，我们还创立了音乐厂牌暨合辑系列 Silk Road Sounds，同国际范围内最具影响力的先锋音乐人合作。不难看出，名字灵感来源于中国古代连接亚、非、中东与欧洲地区的商交要道丝绸之路，毫无疑问凸显出 YETI OUT 所植根的核心理念，是多元文化相碰撞的结晶物。
Having honed their craft throwing parties and DJ'ing in East London, the YETI OUT continues to deliver energetic parties that aptly blur the line between house, Jersey club, garage and rap along with new found sounds of Europe and Asia. Now headquartered in Shanghai via Hong Kong & London, they focus on pushing the envelope in Asia’s creative circles while bridging artistry from East & West. Performing under Yeti Soundsystem, the crew hold online residencies on Hong Kong Community to London's Radar Radio & monthly showcases at BEAM Bangkok to Le Baron Shanghai. In addition to sets alongside the likes of A-Trak, Virgil Abloh, Soulection crew, Night Slugs, and parties during Fashion Weeks to Art Basel, Yeti Out has remained on the pulse since it was founded in 2010.
