Senior Customer Services Officer (Global Corporate Banking Department)

1. To assist relationship manager for preparing documents, statistics and periodic reports

2. To liaise closely with related internal parties

3. To handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for corporate clients and prospective customers

1. University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related disciplines

2. At least 3 years working experience

3. Be able to work under pressure and independently

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good command of English and Chinese, in both spoken and written, knowledge in Mandarin preferred

6. PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing skills is a must

7. Working experience in credit administration or secretarial support is an advantage
