职位描述
1. Play an important role in the execution on a deal or proposals including but not limited to financial analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, industry research, preparation of offering memoranda and interacting with our clients.
2. Prepare various presentation and pitch materials.
3. Support senior team members in day-to-day project management and coordination with other professional parties.
4. Prepare materials to support internal approval processes.

职位要求
1. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
2. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with sound knowledge of financial, accounting and operational concepts.
3. Strong academic background with a track record of success.
4. Ideally have at least 1 year of IBD work experience with proven record in executing transactions.
5. Prior experience or knowledge of the Tech industry will be preferred.
6. Commitment to excellence and delivery of highest quality work product.
7. Strong team player.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
