The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (“University”) has been founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval of the Ministry of Education. It inherits the educational philosophy and academic systems of The ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong. It strives to evolve into a top research university and to develop top talent, who are steeped in Chinese tradition, adopt global perspectives and have a sense of social responsibility. Furthermore, it promotes commercialization of innovative research and technology achievements. The University adopts international academic standards and boasts of an international atmosphere, bilingual dimensions of student education, a collegiate system, general education, multidisciplinary programs and a student-centered educational philosophy.
学校目前设有经管学院、理工学院和人文社科学院，所招聘人才的研究领域包括金融、市场、会计、物流、统计、数学、计算机、电子信息、能源、材料、生物医学和人文社会科学的诸多方向。大学目前组建了香港中文大学（深圳）瓦谢尔计算生物研究院、香港中文大学（深圳）科比尔卡创新药物开发研究院、机器人与智能制造国家与地方联合工程实验室、大数据研究院、机器人与智能制造研究院、深圳高等金融研究院等。学校自2014年开始招生，目前已有在读本科生、硕士、博士研究生逾2000人。学校面向全球招聘一流师资，引进的师资大多为世界一流大学知名教授和学者，包括多位诺贝尔奖获得者和院士。大学为教师提供国际标准的薪酬、充足稳定的科研经费以及具有竞争力的福利待遇。
The University has three schools, namely the School of Management and Economics, the School of Science and Engineering, and the School of Humanities and Social Science. We are looking for talent whose research interests cover finance, marketing, accountancy, logistics, statistics, mathematics, computer, electronic information, energy, materials, biomedicine, and humanities and social science. The University has also established several institutes and research centers, including Arieh Warshel Institute of Computational Biology, Kobilka Institute of Innovative Drug Discovery, The State Joint Engineering Laboratory for Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing, Big Data Institute, Institute of Robotics and Intelligent Manufacturing, and Shenzhen Finance Institute. The University started to admit its first batch of undergraduate students in 2014. At present, the University has over 2,000 students in undergraduate, postgraduate levels.The University recruits first-class faculty members around the world. Currently, most of our faculty members are from world-renowned universities, including Nobel Prize laureates and distinguished scholars. The University offers remunerations in line with international standards, sufficient research funding and competitive benefits.
