Job Description:

1.负责项目开发中的需求分析工作,承担需求调研、撰写需求分析报告及需求变更确认相关任务

2. 参与承担部分系统设计任务,主要是功能设计和界面设计

3.参与技术评审工作。包括需求评审、系统设计评审、详细设计评审、测试方案评审等

4.用户需求跟踪与交流。在项目开发过程中,与客户保持密切联系,及时掌握用户意见及需求变化

5.撰写解决方案。根据项目实践,承担并完成相关领域解决方案的撰写任务

6.承担项目、使用和维护方面的培训任务

7.承担项目测试和交付阶段的部分工作


Competencies:

1.熟悉软件开发需求工作方面的专业技能,掌握需求调研方法,能独立进行业务流程及业务模型分析设计,具有较好的文档水平熟悉主流WEB开发框架(Spring、Hibernate、mybatis等),熟知不同流行框架的优缺点;熟悉ssh架构、webservice及性能调优等相关技术

2.精通UML用例图、活动图、流程图设计及GUI设计

3.了解熟悉中台

4.业务理解能力优秀,具备较强的逻辑思维能力和表达沟通能力,善于和各种背景的人合作,善于说服和达成共识

5.在一个或多个应用领域有比较丰富的项目开发经验,掌握相关的领域知识

6.有良好的沟通与协调能力,良好的团队合作和承受压力的能力

7.本科及以上学历,至少3年及以上软件需求分析工作经验


二、项目开发助理经理


工作地点 Location:北京


Job Description:

1.负责平衡产品业务需求与技术架构,负责产品框架及架构设计,确保系统性能、稳定性和安全性

2.制定产品总体架构,攻克技术难关和主导关键技术决策

3.指导研发团队产品设计和开发,分析、设计与实现系统架构方案,保障系统架构的合理性、可扩展性及健壮性

4.担任开发工作,完成软件的系统代码的实现和设计

5.分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题        


Competencies:

Line Maintenance Engineer


工作地点 Location:香港


Role and Responsibilities:

· Perform aircraft maintenance certification and defect rectification;

· Supervise a mechanic team and allocate of work according to the daily work assignment;

· Ensure all maintenance works on aircraft, engine, component and equipment are recorded and carried out properly in the shift;

· Record defect findings with proper action handling and rectification;

· Ensure work performed in accordance with an approved maintenance data;

· Ensure all maintenance works are performed by using an approved material;

· Provide training to mechanic for aircraft maintenance expertise enhancement;

· Assist engineer team leader to monitor and coordinate with MRO in controlling the aircraft fleet technical status;

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including AOG spare part inspection and receiving, riding engineer duty, outstation duty and heavy maintenance check on-site support;

· Assist MCC to establish the fleet aircraft’s defect data base record;

· Establish good co-operational relationship with MROs, service provider and agents;

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

· Degree holder in an aircraft engineering or equivalent;  

· Over 5 years' experience in Airbus A320 series aircraft maintenance;

· A320 series aircraft maintenance certification experience;

· Valid aircraft maintenance basic license(s) holder (HKAR, FAA, EASA, CCAR, etc.);

· Familiarize of using technical manual;

· Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety;

· Willingness to work in variable shift duty;

· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus;


Desirable Qualities:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties;

· Work well under pressure with and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

 JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Manager - Account Management within the Civil Aerospace Customer Regional Team, supporting our customers operating out of the Greater China region and managing a variety of original equipment and services agreements.  The role will be based in the Beijing Customer Service Centre. 


The role will report directly to the Commercial Executive – Greater China.  An important aspect of the role will be to help establish and grow Commercial capability within the CSC, this will include providing support to other Commercial team members / the wider CSC team and also helping to recruit and retain highly competent and motivated Commercial staff.


Key accountabilities of the role are:

· to be the Commercial lead for allocated customer accounts and to provide an efficient and timely Commercial Account Management service for such accounts, including management of contracted commitments, invoicing, issuing credits, Total Care escalation and reconciliations, offer letters, contract interpretation and amendments to contracts;

· to manage the resolution of customer issues, claims, disputes and litigation in order to minimise cost and risk to the company.  To draft, negotiate and agree associated commercial settlements and/or contractual amendments as necessary;

· to identify and assess potential risks and liabilities inherent in contracts and to propose and negotiate amendments to manage, minimise or mitigate such risks or liabilities whilst achieving expected financial returns;

· to manage profit, cash and debt relating to specific contracts to ensure that financial targets are achieved and to provide timely and accurate inputs into the financial forecasting process;

· to interface with specialist departments within the company to obtain advice and guidance.  To evaluate such advice and thereafter develop pragmatic solutions to complex, multi-dimensional issues to meet customer and business requirements;

· to ensure delivery of relevant Customer Regional Team objectives in line with Business Plan Deployment, while demonstrating compliance with Commercial function and business policies and procedures;

· to provide technical supervision/coaching to Commercial Officers on day to day issues;

· to complete business approvals in accordance with applicable business policies and procedures; and

· to support customer visits as required.

 

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be required to provide support to improvement projects for both the Commercial function and task area.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Degree or equivalent qualification plus 1 minimum of 5 years of professional experience

· Well-developed interpersonal, diplomacy, communication, influencing and negotiations skills.

· Ability to solve complex problems while maintaining customer focus.

· Highly motivated and capable of working under own initiative.

· Sound Commercial judgement and business acumen.

· Proficient in all aspects of administration.

· Ability to prioritise workloads to meet demanding deadlines.

· Experience of influencing both at a functional and task level, as well as at senior levels of the organisation.

· Experience of managing Commercial professionals is preferred.
