To plan and execute publicity and community involvement projects in promoting a smoke-free lifestyle and smoking cessation;
To assist in the production of advertising, publicity and health education materials;
To assist in website and e-Marketing development;
To draft press releases, speeches and replies to enquiries;
To develop supportive networks with community leaders, district and commercial organizations; and
To assist in committee work of the Council as assigned by the Executive Director.
A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent;
A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of public relations, advertising, marketing communication or health education;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Experience in working with the media, district organizations or public organizations is definitely an advantage.

Prepare rental / capital / annual asset valuations; conduct feasibility studies and land premium assessments.
Conduct market research and carry out site inspection; compile cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports. Search and analyze market transactions, properties and land related news and document of the data and information collected.
Process application for sale and purchase of flats in the Flat-for-Sale Scheme Secondary Market. Explain to customers the policies and procedures of application and handle general enquiries from the applicants.
Collect and update records of practice notes, related studies, guidelines, etc. from relevant government departments.
Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
Experience in valuation, feasibility studies, real estate development and customer services will be a definite advantage.
Dedicated to work, strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
