Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate clients onboarding process according to internal compliance procedures;
2. Perform the due diligence/ KYC checking / review process for clients;
3. Handle client enquires, maintain close relationship with clients;
4. Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services;
5. Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements
1. Degree holder in Finance or business related disciplines preferred;
2. Holder of valid SFC type 1&2 preferred;
3. Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills;
4. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
5. Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
6. Immediate Available preferred;
7. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
