应聘条件：年龄在35岁以下，毕业于海外著名大学或国内重点大学，获博士学位，有良好的学历背景。具有在海外知名实验室、知名研究机构、知名企业，或国内国家重点学科、国家重点实验室从事前沿科学研究的经历，并取得较好的阶段性研究成果。近五年以第一作者取得学术成果五项以上。学术成果包括在本学科高水平杂志发表高水平学术论文、申请并获得海内外高水平发明专利、主持国家级科研项目、获得省级以上学术奖励等。
相关待遇：聘用后享受副教授学术待遇，税前年薪不低于20万；提供周转住房一套，安家费2万元、购房补贴25万元；科研启动经费理工科类20万（文科类10万），并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。
2.“青年百人计划”B层次（特聘讲师）：
应聘条件：
年龄在35岁以下，原则上应为毕业于海外知名大学、著名研究机构应届博士生，师从国外著名学者，具有良好的学历背景。博士阶段所从事的研究是该领域国际研究热点和学术前沿问题，在读期间已表现出优秀的研究潜质和科研能力，有已录用或在投的高水平论文或其它成果3篇/项以上。
相关待遇：
聘用后享受讲师待遇，税前年薪不低于15万；提供周转房一套，安家费2万元、购房补贴15万元；科研启动经费理工科类10万元（文科类5万元），并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。
