学校简介


广东工业大学坐落在美丽的南国花城广州,位于粤港澳大湾区核心区域,是一所具有近60年历史的以工为主、多科性协调发展的省属重点大学。在广东经济蓬勃发展的带动下,学校的办学水平、科研能力和核心竞争力得到了快速提升。2015年学校成功迈入了广东省高水平大学重点建设高校行列。借助于广东省高水平大学建设和学校服务广东省创新驱动发展战略的东风,在广东经济蓬勃发展的带动下,学校的办学水平、科研能力和核心竞争力得到了快速提升。2016年到校科研经费6.3亿元,位居全国高校排名第57位。2017年度国家自然科学基金我校共获资助项目124项,项目数排名全国第80位。



学校现有全日制在校生44000余人;设有19个学院和4个公共课教学部(中心),83个本科专业。具有广东省重点建设的3个攀峰学科和12个优势、特色学科。有机械工程、管理科学与工程、材料科学与工程、控制科学与工程、化学工程与技术、信息与通信工程、环境科学与工程7个一级学科博士学位授权点,31个二级学科博士学位授权点和5个博士后科研流动站。


从2011年起,学校根据学科发展方向、平台团队建设需求,启动“百人计划”积极引进海内外高端专家和领军人才。为更好的地为“百人计划”专家组建学科团队,为重点学科和重点平台建立优秀青年人才梯队, 2013年学校在“百人计划”实施和初见成效的基础上,启动了引进海内外优秀青年人才的“青年百人”专项计划。到目前为止,在校“百人计划”特聘教授160余名,“青年百人计划”特聘副教授和讲师280余名,已有150余人入选国家“千人计划”等国家级、省部级人才项目。


现根据学校发展和学科建设的需要,向社会公开招聘“百人计划”特聘教授、“青年百人计划”特聘副教授、优秀博士后等高层次人才。学校将为各类人才提供具有竞争力的优厚待遇。



“百人计划”特聘教授应聘条件及相关福利待遇

应聘条件:

一般应具有博士学位、教授资格,年龄一般在50周岁以下。“千人计划”入选者、“高层次人才特殊支持计划”领军人才、、国家杰出青年基金项目获得者等人才、广东省引进创新领军人才、广东省引进创新团队带头人以及曾在国内外知名大学、著名科研院所担任过领导职务者优先考虑。


福利待遇:

(1)提供具有竞争力的年薪,最高可达到120万元年薪。

(2)学校提供周转住房一套。

(3)提供安家费(含购房补贴)最高可达300万元。

(4)根据预期工作目标和工作计划,学校安排适当的实验场地,并提供实验室建设与科研启动经费,最高可达到1000万元。

(5)提供博士、硕士研究生招生指标。

(6)解决配偶工作、子女入学等。



“青年百人计划”特聘副教授/讲师应聘条件及相关待遇


1.“青年百人计划”A层次(特聘副教授):


应聘条件:年龄在35岁以下,毕业于海外著名大学或国内重点大学,获博士学位,有良好的学历背景。具有在海外知名实验室、知名研究机构、知名企业,或国内国家重点学科、国家重点实验室从事前沿科学研究的经历,并取得较好的阶段性研究成果。近五年以第一作者取得学术成果五项以上。学术成果包括在本学科高水平杂志发表高水平学术论文、申请并获得海内外高水平发明专利、主持国家级科研项目、获得省级以上学术奖励等。


相关待遇:聘用后享受副教授学术待遇,税前年薪不低于20万;提供周转住房一套,安家费2万元、购房补贴25万元;科研启动经费理工科类20万(文科类10万),并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。


2.“青年百人计划”B层次(特聘讲师):


应聘条件:

年龄在35岁以下,原则上应为毕业于海外知名大学、著名研究机构应届博士生,师从国外著名学者,具有良好的学历背景。博士阶段所从事的研究是该领域国际研究热点和学术前沿问题,在读期间已表现出优秀的研究潜质和科研能力,有已录用或在投的高水平论文或其它成果3篇/项以上。


相关待遇:

聘用后享受讲师待遇,税前年薪不低于15万;提供周转房一套,安家费2万元、购房补贴15万元;科研启动经费理工科类10万元(文科类5万元),并配备相应的实验室条件建设和科研用房等。

About Us


Guangdong University of Technology, located in Guangzhou, P.R.China, is a key multi-disciplinary university of Guangdong Province with a history of over 50 years. 1.Person Specification for the university’s “One-Hundred Talents” Chair Professors:


The eligible candidates must have a doctoral degree(s) or have professor titles, and no older than 50 in general. Applications from individuals as The National outstanding youth fund gainer or The Yangtze River Scholar or The National Thousand Talents Plan experts or the key leader from a well-known university or research institute are strongly encouraged.


2.Salary and benefits for the university’s “One-Hundred Talents” Chair Professors:


(1) We offer competitive compensation package and benefits for the qualified candidates. The annual compensation can be up to ¥1200,000 RMB.

(2) We provide qualified candidates with an approximately 100 ㎡temporary apartment;

(3) We provide qualified candidates with housing subsidy up to ¥3000,000 RMB.

(4) The start-up R&D funding can be up to ¥10,000,000 RMB. The laboratory space will be provided according to work objectives and plans.

(5) Other benefits can be negotiated during the interview.


For the National outstanding youth fund gainers, the Yangtze River Scholars, or other national talents, we will carry out more competitive policy. More details can be discussed.

Age below 35, hold a doctoral degree(s), graduated from a famous overseas university or a National Key University, have working experiences in a well-known overseas laboratories, research institute, national key research platform and achieved satisfactory initial results; gained at least 3 academic achievements as the first author in recent years, including high level academic papers, patents at home and abroad, host national research project and achieve academic awards over provincial level, etc. 


4.Salary and Benefits the university’s “One-Hundred Young Talents” Associate Professors and Teachers:


(1) For “One-Hundred Young Talents”  Associate Professors: 

Provide competitive salary packages, the annual salary for the associate professors is about¥200,000 RMB; Provide a temporary apartment, ¥20,000 RMB settlement allowance and ¥250,000 RMB housing subsidy; Start-up R&D funding and laboratory space will also be offered.

 

(2For “One-Hundred Young Talents”  Teachers: 

Provide competitive salary packages, the annual salary for the associate professors is about¥150,000 RMB; Provide a temporary apartment, ¥20,000 RMB settlement allowance and ¥150,000 RMB housing subsidy; Start-up R&D funding and laboratory space will also be offered.
