1. Provide customer care services, including handle enquiries / complaints.
2. Perform logistics, reportsings, administrative and clerical support duties.
3. Handle customer visits, enquiries, bookings and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
4. Coordinate tenants move-in and other nitty-gritty issues. Assist tenants settling in and familiar the usage of various homecare support devices.
5. Cultivate new interests to tenants by coordinating various lifestyle activities.
6. Provide personal touch butler services e.g. escort and companion services, errand services, etc.
7. Conduct activities or participate activities jointly with tenants to encourage their participation and to promote tenants’ relationship.
8. Comply with all services requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures.
9. Perform data input, reporting and provide clerical support.
10. Provide support to property management team and undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
11. Need to work in holidays / weekends.
