We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Client Implementation Manager, Regional.
Principal responsibilities
Project managing the implementation of large scale or complicated domestic and regional cash management solutions and providing consultancy advice to clients on the legal documentation aspect across the Asia-Pacific region
Understanding clients’ business processes and requirements to formulate sound implementation and legal documentation approach
Working closely with the Finance Team of top tier corporate and institutional clients to deliver Payments and Cash Management solutions
Orchestrating internal departments and working with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner
Providing exceptional customer services to strengthen client relationship
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness and mitigate operational risk.
