Global Payments and Cash Management is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 60 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, across currencies and regulations, quickly and cost effectively with dedicated in country and regional support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry’s most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.


We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Client Implementation Manager, Regional.


Principal responsibilities

  • Project managing the implementation of large scale or complicated domestic and regional cash management solutions and providing consultancy advice to clients on the legal documentation aspect across the Asia-Pacific region 

  • Understanding clients’ business processes and requirements to formulate sound implementation and legal documentation approach 

  • Working closely with the Finance Team of top tier corporate and institutional clients to deliver Payments and Cash Management solutions 

  • Orchestrating internal departments and working with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner 

  • Providing exceptional customer services to strengthen client relationship 

  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness and mitigate operational risk.


岗位要求

  • University graduate with a relevant business degree 

  • Relevant working experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, systems, procedures and operations. 

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills 

  • Highly motivated self-starter, achievement driven, and a strong team-player 

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, as is a confident, analytical and independent work-style 

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required 

  • Knowledge on account opening and Payments and Cash Management’s legal documentation is preferred
