This is a 1-year intensive program offering vital exposure throughout core business areas. You can participate in one of 3 streams: Commercial, Technology or Corporate Services, from which will enable you to have both career and personal development and pave the way for your future success.

1. Unique Exposure in Telecommunications Industry and company’s core culture and business

2. Career Guidance and Experience shared by Mentor

3. Participation in Corporate Strategic Projects to contribute directly in real business

4. Job rotation through different major business functions

5. Workshops and Experiential Training in developing Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

6. Engagement in Corporate Visits to China Mobile Group and our Business Partners outside HK
